Shipping in Switzerland (and Liechtenstein)
Parcel deliveries are made with DHL. Goods ordered and paid for by 12 noon will be dispatched on the same day. As a rule, the package will be delivered the next working day, in individual cases and remote locations it may take a day longer.
If DHL does not reach anyone on the first delivery attempt, a new attempt will be made the following day. If this is also unsuccessful, your delivery notice will be left in the letterbox. The customer must respond within 10 days. If the parcel is returned to us due to a failure to respond to the delivery invitation in good time, the cost of redelivery will be passed on to the customer
