In this game, players throw and catch an aerodynamic ring over distances of 10 to 30 metres using sword-like clubs. Due to its great versatility, YOU.FO can be played as a competitive or recreational sport, in freestyle or according to rules, in pairs or in teams, on the beach, on lawns, sports fields and playgrounds.
