There are different ways to adjust the paddle correctly: Option 1: Body height + 10-15% e.g. for a person of 170 cm to approx. 190 cm. Option 2: Bend your arm 90° and hold your hand above your head. Adjust the paddle to this height. Your arm should be slightly stretched but still be able to grip the paddle easily. It is worth investing in a high-quality and, above all, lightweight paddle, as it will also move with every movement on the SUP. A lightweight paddle makes paddling noticeably easier and increases the fun factor.
