How do I adjust the paddle correctly for my size?
There are different ways to adjust the paddle correctly: Option 1: Body height + 10-15% e.g. for a person of 170 cm to approx. 190 cm. Option 2: Bend your arm 90° and hold your hand above your head. Adjust the paddle to this height. Your arm should be slightly stretched but still be able to grip the paddle easily.
